It was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was normal for a continental breakfast waffles, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, coffee, juice, apples. It was 5 minutes from the hospital our friend was at. The area was safe. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only negative was someone was running in the hallway at 2 AM talking very loudly. Not the hotels fault just rude inconsiderate guests. We would for sure stay again.

I like the setup of the room as well as the cleanliness. Thermostat worked really well. Room was spacious and had enough storage for clothes etc. Housekeeping was very accommodating. I like that coffee was served 24 hours and that the breakfast was a hot one and that there was more than enough hours to get breakfast.

It was nice so comfortable that I could barely get anything done from being so comfortable this place is too comfortable and well kept and the staff will cater to you I have no complaints and nothing bad to say about this place it was well kept and clean no problems

Good location, quiet, only 15 rooms occupied due to pipe break and no hot water first night. Breakfast first two mornings was great.

The breakfast was really good. The location was great because it wasn’t far from anything at all. The rooms was nice and comfortable. They were accommodating when I asked for a 1st floor room as well.

Everything was mostly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Beza, at the front desk was super helpful. The price was amazing and I'll definitely be staying again when in the Plano area.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good! Staff was very helpful, and remembered that our daughter was having surgery and remembered to ask about her.
